Our images, products, gold logo, gold letters, title, graphics, backgrounds and image layouts are not to be re-formatted, re-used, relisted, given away, changed, revised, decompiled in whole or in part for any reason. We worked really hard to come up with our very own unique product display and would appreciate if no one duplicates our ideas or steals our images to use them on their website, auction sites, on Etsy, Amazon, marketing materials etc..
All designs have been created by All That Glitters & Gold Shop or it's licensors. We take copyright infringement seriously, and any one caught abusing our policies will be required to correct the issue immediately. If we do not receive compliance from the offending party/individual/seller. Etsy, Social Networks, Ecommerce Site, or the website companies hosting company will be notified of the copyright infringement. All copyrights should be respected and upheld.
If any part of our listing i.e. title, description, images are duplicated or we find that our products or images have been stolen. We will contact our attorneys and will take immediate action.
We really hate to even have to state this but we see images and products stolen everyday and want to protect our intellectual property rights.

Most items takes 2 to 4 weeks to process plus shipping time. We ship via USPS to Domestic and International Addresses. If you are an international buyer, shipping will take a little longer. Processing time takes 2 to 3 weeks and delivery time takes between 14 to 21 days. Due to the custom nature of our business some items may ship out separately. No additional shipping fees will be due if this does take place.
We do not guarantee that an item is going to arrive to you by the date you entered in if it's before our normal processing time. You must contact us prior to ordering to find out if we can send your order out to you in time if you have a special event. Rush shipping is available for some items but not all for an additional fee.
We do not allow cancellations after placing your order. Anytime after that a store credit will be offered. No cancellations available at all for personalized items. No exceptions.
Please feel free to contact us about rush shipping. We do offer rush shipping for some our items. An additional fee will apply if the item is available for rush shipping. This fee will move you ahead of the other orders. This fee is in addition to the shipping fee.
If you choose rush shipping, please make sure to leave a note of the date you need your order. If we do not receive a date in the notes section we will process your order within 10 business days.
NOTE: We can not remember every conversation we have with each buyer. So please make sure to leave the date you need your order by in the notes section when you checkout.
We will list if the item is available for rush shipping in the shipping section of the listing but please still feel free to contact us and find out if we can ship the item(s) you are interested in a bit faster than listed.
IMPORTANT!!! Once your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible/liable for any delay in shipment, loss or damage to your product. That responsibility falls on the carrier. Please make sure to ask us about our optional insurance listing to your order if you would like to protect your order for any issues during transit.
Returns and Exchanges:
We do offer refunds for our purchases for the following reasons only:
1. We sent out the wrong item. If we sent out the wrong item that was not what you included in your order details when you ordered. We will without a doubt issue you a refund plus issue you a refund for any shipping cost associated with shipping the item to you and return shipping cost.
2. If the item arrived damaged.
We do not offer refunds for the following:
1. Item did not fit. We list all the sizes in each listings under sizes. Please make sure to measure your little one or your self before ordering to make sure the item(s) fit properly. If you are not sure if an item will fit. Please make sure to contact us for suggestions.
2. Birthday items or personalized items.
3. Because you do not like the item once you get it.
4. Because an item did not arrive on time especially if it did not arrive due to the post office delaying shipment. Your order details have your tracking number listed. You can track the progress of your shipment by going to http://usps.com
5. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you would like to return or exchange a product for any of the approved reasons above. Any contact after 24 hours of receiving your order will be issued a store credit.
6. If a refund is issued on our end due to a return. We will issue a refund minus the shipping charges unless the item was damaged. If the item was damaged or you received the wrong item. We will issue you a full refund if you decide to return the product back to us.
