SO ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE!!! All of my friends were going crazy over it. My daughter is just turning 1, weighs 17 lbs, and is 28" tall - I got her the 3-12mo size and it fit her perfectly! Good quality and comfortable elastic leg holes, also loved how long the halter ties around the neck were, allowed the bow to be nice and big and the tips to dangle just above the top of the bottom cover. Loved it!
